Durak against a bot: starting a computer game
A bot match starts without waiting for a live opponent. It is a useful way to learn the controls or check how another mode works.
Adding a bot
Create a public room, choose the mode, deck, and stake, then remain at the table. After a short interval, bots take the open seats. Automatic fill does not add bots to private rooms.
Rules used by the bot
The bot plays through the same game engine as a person. It attacks, defends, picks up, and transfers in the appropriate mode. It sees its own hand and public table information, but not the opponents' cards.
The game currently uses one behavior profile. A bot is useful for practising the rules, but it does not replace matches against people with different habits.
Match results
A completed game is saved to history and uses the normal rating rules. In Team mode, a bot may be assigned as a partner or an opponent.
Start with Classic mode. Once the basic turns are familiar, try Transfer Durak or a team game.
Frequently asked questions
Do bots play by the same rules as humans?
Yes. Bots use the same game engine for attacking, defending, drawing, and legal transfers. They cannot see another player's hand.
Can I play with bots in Team mode?
Yes. A bot can be your partner or your opponent in a 2v2 team.
Does losing to a bot drop my rating?
Yes. A completed bot match is saved and affects MMR under the normal rating rules.
Can I have a room with only bots?
No. Auto-fill starts only after a human joins a public room; bots take the remaining open seats.
Can I play Durak against the computer for free?
Yes. Create or join an open table. A bot will take an available seat if there are not enough human players to start. Registration is optional.
